Privacy policy
Updated
This policy explains what personal data EVtoU (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. It applies only to this website and to inquiries sent through it.
What data do we collect?
- Inquiry details you send us: name or company, email address, WhatsApp or WeChat number, destination country, model of interest, quantity and your message.
- Messages you send us directly by WhatsApp or email.
- Usage data: if analytics is enabled, we collect anonymous information about pages visited, device type, approximate location derived from IP address and the buttons clicked (for example a WhatsApp or quote button).
Why do we use it?
- To answer your inquiry and send quotations and vehicle information.
- To prepare and carry out an order you request.
- To understand which pages and vehicles are useful so we can improve the website.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to keep you informed.
Who do we share it with?
Inquiry data is delivered to our sales team through business messaging and workflow tools that we use to manage leads. If you place an order, we share the details needed to complete it with logistics providers, inspection companies and customs agents. We may disclose data where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
The website itself does not require cookies to work. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website keeps working without them.
How long do we keep data?
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain the business relationship, and order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will reply within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
